This class builds on skills taught in Level B. This course is for those students who are not afraid in the water and have had swim lessons on their own before.
Participants learn to:
-Jump from the side into shoulder-deep water with aide
-Fully submerge and hold breath, 10 seconds
-Front, jellyfish and tuck floats and recover to vertical position
-Swim on front for 5 body lengths, roll to back, float 15 seconds, roll to front, swim 5 body lengths
