This program will focus on the fun of fitness training as a compliment to athletic sports. The emphasis will be on development of coordination, agility, proper running form, and core development. Core lifts will be introduced, but with light weights.
Those who attend 11 of 13 sessions will be refunded HALF of the early bird fee at the end of camp.
Meet in the High School Commons the first day.
