Description:
The ACT test has become a key factor in college admissions. This six-hour course is designed to familiarize students with fundamental techniques and strategies that are vital for understanding the test. Students will be taught content-specific strategies and will practice passages and questions in the four subject-area tests (English, Math, Reading, and Science). They will also learn the format of the test so students know what to expect on test day. The ACT is a predictable test; so a few hours invested in learning the format and strategies used on the test is a great way to prepare! Boost your confidence for your next ACT test by getting involved in learning and practicing strategies that are designed to help you improve your score. Course fee includes an ACT test booklet the student will keep. Please bring a pencil, calculator and bag lunch.
