Description:
Obstacle courses and stations will keep your child busy learning gymnastics skills while burning energy and having fun. Parents MUST be out on the floor with their child/children and actively participate with them. The instructor will demonstrate and offer assistance with the skills and gym circuit while you lead your child through the four apparatuses.
Bring to Class:
-Hair tied back
-water bottle
-gymnastics apparel: leotard or form fitting clothes, bike shorts, etc.
-no leotards with attached skirts/tutus
