In this COMBO Level 5 and Level 6 Fitness Swimmer class, Level 5 students are working on the skills below and Level 6 Fitness Swimmers will be challenged further with stroke refinement and swim endurance for longer distances. Level 6 will promote swimming with ease, power, and distance.
